Happy Couple

OLDER. WISER. BETTER

This workshop introduces important concepts about sexuality and aging.  Mature adults may want to examine and possibly change the sexual scripts that they have learned from childhood about how to think and behave as sexual people.  Many of these scripts may not be applicable to their changing sexuality, desires and needs.  Sex is more than intercourse.  In the later years people may want to explore the possibility of expanding their understanding and repertoire of sexual behaviors.

REKINDLING THE FIRE & SEXUAL HEALTH ISSUES

This workshop explores issues that continue to inform our sexual health as we age.  Topics include sexual function, hormonal issues, drug therapies, erectile dysfunction options, as well as negotiation for safer sex.  Discussion will cover the latest information on HIV/STD prevention, including  the latest research and drug therapy.  Workshop concludes with how to have a better conversation with your medical providers.

THE NEW DATING GAME

Relationships change, divorce happens, and along with other circumstances our personal lives continue to evolve.  One of the most important aspects of our personal lives is to regain and reclaim our sense of sexuality.  This workshop is an opportunity In this workshop we will explore re-entering the dating scene, both online and in person.  Topics include how to negotiate and communicate with partners regardless of our age differences or power dynamics.  We will also discuss expectations and what we really want, The workshop introduces important concepts about sexuality and aging.

LGTBTQ + SERIES

These workshops incorporate new gender languaging, transitioning, and how to happily and positively maintain/regain our health and sexuality.  These workshops also include discussion on embracing ourselves as elders, invisibility and visibility, and what we have to offer as older, wiser and better people.
